Welcome to Careerforce Pro (“CFP”), a cloud-based recruitment and talent acquisition platform designed to streamline hiring workflows through automation, integrations, and AI-powered tools.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Careerforce Pro platform, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

 

2. Eligibility
You must:
 Be at least 18 years old
 Have the authority to enter into a binding agreement
 Use the Service only for lawful business or recruitment purposes

 

3. Description of Services
Careerforce Pro provides:

 Candidate screening and scoring
 AI-powered interviews and assessments
 Workflow automation
 Interview scheduling and calendar integrations
 Analytics and reporting
We may update or modify features at any time.

 

4. Account Registration
 You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
 You must provide accurate and up-to-date information

 You are responsible for all activities under your account

 

5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
 Use the Service for unlawful or discriminatory practices
 Upload malicious code or interfere with system integrity
 Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform
 Access data without authorization

6. User Data and Privacy

 Customers retain ownership of their data
 CFP processes data to provide Services
 Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy

7. Third-Party Services and API Integrations
Careerforce Pro integrates with third-party services (including Google and Microsoft) to provide enhanced functionality such as authentication, scheduling, and communication features.
Use of such services is subject to the respective third-party terms.

7.1 Google API Services
Careerforce Pro uses Google APIs to enable authentication, calendar synchronization, and related features.

 

Use of Google APIs
CFP’s use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

 

Permitted Use
 Used only for user-facing functionality
 Not used for advertising, profiling, or resale
 Not used to train generalized AI models

 Access limited to minimum required data

 

User Control
Users may revoke access via Google account permissions.

 

7.2 Microsoft API Services and OAuth Integrations
Careerforce Pro integrates with Microsoft services (including Microsoft Graph APIs) for authentication and calendar synchronization.

 

Use of Microsoft APIs
 Access is granted via OAuth-based authentication
 Data access is limited to user-authorized permissions
 Access is performed on a delegated (user-consented) basis

 

Permitted Use

Careerforce Pro will:
 Use Microsoft data only for functionality requested by the user
 Not use data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes

 Not sell or disclose data except as required to provide the Service

 

User Control
Users may revoke access at any time through:
 Microsoft account settings
 CFP application settings

 

Security

CFP employs safeguards to protect API credentials and tokens. Users are responsible for maintaining their account security.

 

7.3 SMS/Text Messaging
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Careerforce Pro related to your job application, including application status updates, interview notifications, scheduling, and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; we will send a confirmation message and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@careerforcepro.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Intellectual Property
All rights in:
 Software
 Features
 Branding
remain the property of Careerforce Pro.

 

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

 

9. Subscription and Billing
 Services may be subscription-based
 Fees and terms are defined in agreements or plans
 Non-payment may result in account suspension

 

10. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but:
 Do not guarantee uninterrupted service
 May modify or discontinue features

 

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

 

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted:
 CFP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
 Liability is limited to fees paid by the customer

 

13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access:
 For violation of Terms
 For security or legal reasons

 

Users may terminate use at any time.

 

14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

 

15. Governing Law
